How it works
CPA Acquire publishes listings and carries messages. It does not value practices, represent either side, negotiate, or take a share of a sale.
Search by practice type, state, revenue band, recurring mix, and services. No account is needed, and no seller is identified.
A buyer membership lets you send an inquiry with your buyer profile attached. The seller reads it and decides — CPA Acquire does not decide for them.
If the seller approves you, they release their identity and contact details to you specifically. Everything after that is between you, them, and your own advisors.
Confidentiality
An owner exploring a sale has more to lose from the news travelling than from a slow search. Public listings are built so they cannot identify you: the fields that would give you away are not hidden on the page, they are absent from it.
Sellers upload teaser material only. Anything client-level is rejected at review.
Membership
Browsing is free. A membership is required only to contact a seller or to publish a listing. CPA Acquire earns the same whether a practice sells for one dollar or ten million — which is exactly why it has no business advising anyone on the price.
